Returns & Refunds

Every Wiseass Goods product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@wiseassgoods.com .

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us if:

  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • Your item has a manufacturing or printing defect.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received the wrong size or color compared with what you ordered.
  • Part of your order is missing.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the problem.
  • Clear photographs showing the entire item and the problem.
  • A photograph of the shipping label or packaging when relevant.

Please keep the item and its packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund. The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and product availability.

You will generally not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

Size Problems and Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because:

  • The wrong size was ordered.
  • The wrong color or product was selected.
  • The customer changed their mind.
  • The item is no longer wanted.
  • The customer expected a different fit.
  • An incorrect shipping address was entered.
  • The order was placed accidentally.

Please review the product description, size chart, color selection, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

Because each product is created specifically for the person who ordered it, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

Natural Product Variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, fabric, printing method, or product material.

Minor differences in color, print placement, texture, or appearance are not necessarily considered defects. Garment measurements may also vary slightly because of normal manufacturing tolerances.

Please review the size chart displayed on the product page before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account. Processing times vary by provider.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the entire order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise approved for a full refund.

Replacements

When a replacement is approved, it will be produced and shipped at no additional charge.

The replacement must match the original product, design, size, and color ordered. A replacement request cannot be used to select a different item, size, color, or design.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery period, contact us at support@wiseassgoods.com .

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.
  4. Confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout was correct.

Wiseass Goods is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or for packages lost after confirmed delivery. We will still review the situation and help where reasonably possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be sent into production shortly after they are placed. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or correction.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production.

Once production begins, the order is considered final unless the finished item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail a product back without contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
